Today we were driving on a road with a lot of construction. Zach says, "Mom, why would anyone want to buy traffic?" So I say, " Zach, what do you mean?" After some dialogue, he says...."that flashing sign back there, it said NEW TRAFFIC PATTERN why is it for sale?"
I giggled. I guess with all the signs around advertising one thing or another, he figured that construction sign was an ad. It was worth a good chuckle in the car when we were stuck in traffic. I agreed with him that no one would want to buy traffic. We have enough of it already. Hey, I gotta enjoy the simple things, right?
