Homeschooling is wonderful, but just like any school, it has its pros and cons. And each homeschool probably has its own unique set of them as well. I personally don't think any one method is the "right" way to do it, and an article like this "real cons" one articulates some things to consider before making the decision. For me, I appreciate the tension in this decision and welcome looking at the "downsides" as well as all the advantages. It helps me be prepared when I have a bad day and then think I must be the only one, or when I am challenged about it and find the need to explain confidently without being defensive. My hubby and I enjoy considering all the options, and Im reminded that this is the best one for us right now. (I'll come back later and re-read this!)
