I wanted to take a photo, because I know it will never be this clean again. We got new carpeting in our "playroom" because the old one was so trashed. A friend hooked us up with a great deal to get the carpet (FREE) and then we had to track down someone to install it. We waited 2 days for dude #1, and then gave up after trying to keep 3 kids OUT of the room for 2 days so they wouldn't step on the EXPOSED TACKS (can anyone say ouch?) Will was able to find dude #2 who came in 20 min and had it installed in under an hour. Thank God for small favors, and a husband who knows when to call in a favor to "The Real Estate Mafia".... i.e. our realtor Thomas Powers. (www.powerhomes.com) who can get anything done pronto.The room is already in good use (i.e. a mess again) but at least I enjoyed a clean, empty room for a few hours. My mom tells me to enjoy the mess, because soon my kids will all grow up, move out and then my house will be clean... and boring. So, I'm trying to enjoy the mess.
