This weekend we got together with some old friends and HAD A BLAST! First of all we went sans-kiddos, so right there it was a special event for me! But these are old and dear friends that we dont get to see very often. When Will and I were first married, we belonged to a church in Alexandria, VA that had a fun "couples ministry". The guys formed an accountability group, and the girls prayed and talked together too. These couples were our lifeblood of early marriage and got us thru alot of the trials and struggles of those first years.
We havent seen these guys in way too long, I guess 3 years? But we picked up right where we left off... joking and laughing and just having fun.
Cant wait to see you guys Memorial Day weekend! Danny needs to leave the latte at home so he doesnt have any more nasal fountains!!
