YIPPEE!! I figure that when we have a day like this one, I need to celebrate! Not only that, but I need to REMEMBER it. Because inevitably soon will be one of those days where I ask myself and my husband, "Now, why am I doing this again?"Typically on Thursday we participate in a co-op (that I love) but this Thursday they took a field trip. It wasnt really suited for my gang, so we took our own trip to a local Nature Center. The kids had so...much...fun! And, I had fun too! We finally had a warm day- first hint of Spring we have had and I think we were all thankful to be outside.
We hunted for signs of Spring, and critters, and sketched cool stuff. They found a bridge, an old well, a house foundation, some flowers we were able to identify, and collected a whole goodie bag of "specimens"...and more, but the point is....WE HAD FUN!
